Appointment planning

Planning appointments for a fleet of sales people or technicians spread over a large territory while complying with customer constraints, service agent skills and service commitments can very quickly turn into a major headache for the planner.

Area of interest or attraction

Territory around a town or a shopping centre, within which the share of expenditure for a given type of product exceeds a certain threshold (often 50%).
