Geoconcept Sales & Marketing Portal is a web portal providing access to online tools for geomarketing data, studies and reporting. Combined with powerful and fast tools to access databases, Geoconcept Sales & Marketing Portal is designed to produce and publish several types of geomarketing studies on intranet and Internet simply and efficiently.

Geoconcept Sales & Marketing Portal consists of:
  • 4 business-oriented modules: Analysis, Study, Targeting and Report
  • 2 management modules: Setting and Administration.

TARGETING Module

This targeting module allowing users to identify just in few clicks territories which are defined as a priority for prospecting and marketing targeting.
Through an intuitive wizard, the user defines one by one the criteria to be respected:
  • Targeting zone: the hierarchical pyramid of data allows user to easily choose the targeting territory and the desired scale (commune or district for instance);
  • Targeted profile: through a system of filters, the user defines the criteria matching with the targeted profile. For example, the user only wants to target the districts with more than 1 000 inhabitants;
  • Scoring: the user then sorts the entities to be targeted according to chosen indicators: for instance, areas with high rates of targeted people (I want to target first the areas with the highest rate of senior executive men). The user can assign a weight  per indicator and  Geoconcept Sales & Marketing Portal computes the relevant score;
  • Target to be achieved: finally, the user defines the target to be achieved, for instance a given number of mailbox to be distributed for a door-drop advertising campaign;
The priority targeting territories are automatically displayed on the map. The user can manually edit the result to exclude or add certain entities. The detail of the target zone (complete zone, targeted entities, points included on targeted zone) can be exported to a file that clearly shows the values of the indicators used in the calculation.
 
 


ANALYSIS module

To better analyze its networks and the competitive environment, the user can now refine the selection of points of interest included in a map (store, competition’s point of sales…). Thanks to multiple filters, he can easily display entities based on their number of employees, their number of cash registers… The result of its multiple queries can be exported with a click.
