As part of ts annual Market Report on FSM (Field Service Management), Gartner explores trends and assesses technology providers for their ability to execute and completeness of vision. The positioning of the players assessed reflects new customer expectations in areas such as digital technical support, results-based service business models and artificial intelligence-based decision and planning support.
