Sales Manager Junior – (V.I.E. – Volunteer for International Experience) - URGENT

Position: Full time

Location: Shanghai, China

Summary:

Geoconcept China is looking for exceptional and results-oriented sales professional to drive and close new business as well as expand our current business within existing accounts. Proactive, creative, passionate about customers, service focused,  collaborative, relational, focused, driven, & adaptive are a few of the characteristics that will be necessary for success. This individual will use those skills to expand our Eastern Asia footprint in software innovation. This is a challenging new role and will require skills in developing account plans and strategies, presenting our products and services to our current and prospective clients, preparing and presenting sales proposals and quotations, and successfully negotiating contracts.

Qualifications/Requirements:

This position is open to beginner with at least a Bachelor's degree and relevant work experience is appreciated.

Strong background in IT is a must. Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to communicate in English technical information to a technical or business audience.

Good knowledge of Chinese is required.

Must have the ability to efficiently close sales opportunities and maintain a long-trusted relationship with the customer.

Must have above average computer skills and CRM knowledge (experience with salesforce.com appreciated, good understanding of sales process).

Qualifications & Requirements:

You are an engineer, curious, autonomous, organized and the sense of customer service. A minimum of 5 successful years of experience in a similar field makes you an ideal candidate. Ideally you master several of these areas:

  • Technologies: architecture 3/tiers, BI
  • Languages and IT tools: Apache, Tomcat, MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, Talend
